Hey guys! Today I am sharing with you a recipe for this "Bean and Corn Salad" recipe that I found months ago via Pinterest but never tried until yesterday! It's surprisingly SO good! I've never been much of a health nut. I mean, I love being healthy but I also never shy away from a good junk food or dessert! But this year, I have decided that I really do want to make a conscious effort and try to eat healthier, better-for-me foods, so I am always pinning healthy recipes to try and always looking for new recipes! Here is the recipe for the delicious Bean and Corn Salad below:


- Balsamic Vinegar

- Champagne Dressing (1 cup)

- 1 Can Cut Green Beans

- 1 Can Kidney Beans

- I Can Garbanzos Beans

- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn


Empty the cans of green beans, kidney beans, garbanzos beans, and corn into a strainer.

Mix beans and corn together with hands while rinsing them with cool water.

Pour into a bowl.

Add I cup of Champagne Dressing to the salad and Balsamic Vinegar to taste (I used about 1-2 Tbsp)

Mix dressing and vinegar evenly over salad.

Voila! That's it! Just be sure to store in the fridge! Now you have a healthy snack or healthy side to go with your main dish!
