Hey loves! So if you keep up with the latest celebrity trends or recent medical/therapy breakthroughs, you've probably heard about cryotherapy! But for those who haven't heard about it, it is essentially exposing your body to extremely cold dry air (usually liquid nitrogen) for a period of 2-4 minutes ( 3 min. is what's recommended at Infusion). It is my understanding that you can get as minimal with clothing as you want but usually people prefer to wear undergarments and the gloves, socks, and boots that they provide for you! I will be honest with you..it is SO STINKING COLD!! I've never been to Antarctica but I would guess that it feels about like prancing around Antarctica in nothing but a swimsuit! But, it is seriously over before you know it! Those three cold minutes fly by and you walk out of the chamber feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!  Cryotherapy has SO many benefits for the body. I've only been doing cryotherapy for a month but I have probably gone close to 15 times in the month! It's kind of addicting!
